To run WOW Massage, I collect and process personal information from my clients, including names, addresses, contact numbers and email addresses. Furthermore, I collect information about clients' medical history in order to provide safe and effective treatments. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR),  the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

* Your consent: You can remove your consent at any time by contacting me and asking to have your data removed.

* I have a legal obligation to keep details of the treatments I have provided for five years for insurance purposes.

* I have a legitimate interest to ensure I can provide a safe service.

Your information is securely stored; Electronic communications are stored on a password protected computer and paper copies of client records are kept in a locked box. I will keep your information for five years as requested by my insurance company then either delete or shred it.

Under data protection law, you have the right to know what data I hold on you and to request access to it. If you would more information, please contact me and I will reply within the legal timeframe.  As required by law, I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
