I started off my working life as a journalist but retrained after having kids. I spent three years working with a homebirth team, offering breastfeeding support then finally qualified as a midwife aged 40! I am now taking a break to concentrate on spending quality time with women when they need it the most.

After the stress of the pandemic, I decided to do something joyful. I got my Level 3 ITEC massage qualification from CityLit then did a top-up course in Deep Tissue Massage and Pregnancy Massage. In an ideal world, everyone should get free massage on the NHS but I'm trying to provide the next best thing!

I love combining my knowledge of midwifery and my role as a massage therapist. I provide pregnancy massage from 14 weeks and will adapt my techniques to suit your needs.  I have plenty of cushions and bolsters to make you comfy. Please allow for a longer consultation on your 1st visit.

I work from a cosy cabin at the bottom of my garden in West Wickham so perfect for all women looking for massage or pregnancy massage near Beckenham or Bromley.  There is plenty of free parking available. Why not book in a massage after dropping the kids at school one day?!
