Lisa Smith is a local West Wickham mum and doula who runs Becoming Mum. Doulas are birth workers who support women and their partners during pregnancy and beyond. Lisa trained with Nuturing Births and believes in 'parenting the parents' - supporting new parents emotionally and practically so they can have the best experience possible.
